LNP-formulation of the ANDV DNA vaccine increases immunogenicity in nonhuman primates. Cynomolgus macaques were vaccinated with either 0.1 mg of LNP-formulated or unformulated ANDV DNA vaccine and boosted 28 Days later. A third group received a dose utilized in clinical studies (2.0 mg) and was boosted a second time on Day 56. (A) Legend.
