Flow Chart. ATB: antibiotics, ACS: antenatal corticosteroids, NICU: neonatal intensive care unit, PPROM: preterm premature rupture of membranes. Some units had different policies for ACS administration according to gestational age at PPROM, the policy of ACS was then defined at an individual level according to both unit policy and GA at PPROM, explaining slight differences in the total number of units excluded and the number of units after exclusions.
