Disulfide bond analysis for native R27T and low-activity non-aggregated R27T. TOF-MS analysis was conducted with alkylated peptides from native R27T (active in-house reference R27T) and low-activity non-aggregated R27T. Quantitative analysis was performed by summing the extracted-ion chromatogram (XIC) area values according to the charge status of peptides.
