In (c,d), the substrate and bath temperatures are \({T}_{1}=400\,{\rm{K}}\) and \({T}_{3}=0\,{\rm{K}}\), 250 K, and 300 K, respectively, while the particle radius is \(R=50\,{\rm{nm}}\).
