XRD patterns of YA0 composition (Y0.62Al0.71B14) samples prepared by reactive SPS without AlF3 addition. The samples were sintered at 1773 K under uniaxial pressure of ~30 MPa in a reduced Ar atmosphere for 1 h and 10 min, respectively. The standardized intensities for YxAlyB14 and YB6 are shown with sample’s XRD patterns.
