Densification behavior of Y_xAl_yB₁₄ sintered without AlF₃ under ~30 MPa, with AlF₃ under ~30 MPa and with AlF₃ under 80 MPa. To investigate the effect of AlF₃ to densification, same amount of mixture and same graphite die and spacers were used.
