XRD patterns of YA0, YA1, YA2 and YA3 composition (Y0.62AlyB14; y = 0.71–1.86) samples prepared by reactive SPS with AlF3 addition. The samples were sintered at 1773 K under uniaxial pressure of ~30 MPa in a reduced Ar atmosphere for 1 h.
