Using the newly available Caedibacter genome (highlighted in bold), evolutionary reconstructions were carried out performing three different approaches of phylogenetic comparison based on 16S rRNA gene sequences (left), ANI analysis (middle) and MLSA comparison (right) considering close relatives of Caedibacter.
