Principle coordinates analysis (PCoA) of beta diversity in bulk soil and rhizosphere using the weighted UniFrac metric. Samples were normalized both via CSS normalization (A,B) and rarefied to the minimum sample count (C,D) prior to beta diversity calculations. Bulk soil PCoA plots for both methods of normalization (A,C) appear similar, with clustering occurring in the control treatment samples and −P control treatment samples. Similar clustering patterns can be observed in both of the rhizosphere PCoA plots (B,D) and the soil plots (A,C).
