(A) Number of sequences belonging to the different taxa - obtained grouping ″AMF de novo-BLASTed″ taxa with the ″AMF known″ ones, on the basis of the group to which they belonged - in the different compartments (Bs = Bulk soil, Rs = soil associated with the roots of V. vinifera cv. Pinot Noir) at the two sampling times (1 S = flowering and 2 S = fruit development). (B) Relative abundance of taxa, obtained considering separately “AMF known” and “AMF de novo-BLASTed”, belonging to each group, in Bulk soil (Bs) and in the soil associated with the roots of V. vinifera cv.
