From: Genome-wide analysis of the U-box E3 ubiquitin ligase enzyme gene family in tomato
The exon/intron distribution of the 62 tomato U-box gene family was analyzed by the GSDS tool. The coding sequences were compared with the corresponding genomic sequences. The blue box represents the CDS; the continuous black line represents the intron region and green boxes represent upstream/downstream regions.
