Tumor geometry approximated from MR imaging data and included regions of skin retraction and skin thickening. Close inspection of the tumor geometry reveals the lower and upper portions, each modeled with varying metabolic and vascular properties. Anterior breast surfaces defined by 3D scans (see Fig. 3c).
