Effects of ToAP2 and NDBP-5.7 on the viability of early phase (4 h) or mature (24 h) C. albicans biofilms. C. albicans biofilms previously grown for 4 h (A,C,E,G) or 24 h (B,D,F,H) were treated for 24 h with different concentrations of amphotericin B (A,B), fluconazole (C,D), ToAP2 (E,F) or NDBP-5.7 (G,H). After that, cell viability was evaluated using the alamarBlue reduction assay. Results were expressed as a mean of three independent assays. P-value indicates statistical difference using the Tukey post-test. The results represent mean ± SEM.
