Estimation of Fibronectin Levels in Conditioned Media. ELISA analysis revealed that the levels of fibronectin was elevated in response to cyclic IOP as compared to its control eyes (p = 0.015). The presence of SB77 significantly reduced the fibronectin levels (p = 0.049).
