(A) Differentiated cells were incubated with 10 nM bafilomycin A1 (BAF) for 6 h or with equivalent amount of DMSO as vehicle (UNTR), and Western blotting was performed for LC3A, LC3B and p62. Total (B) LC3A (LC3A-I + LC3A-II) and (C) LC3B (LC3B-I + LC3B-II) levels were normalized to actin.
