Duplication and loss events in the evolution of orthologous and paralogous CYP52 enzymes. The prediction was performed based on the phylogenomic relationship of the Saccharomycetales yeast tested in this study. The phylogenomic tree was constructed using with a virtual hybridization technique (VGF). Colored forms represent duplication events and non-colored forms represent loss events.
