  1. Two estimators of pairwise relatedness were compared, Mxy and rxy, and multiple runs were conducted for each herd. All herds yielded similar test outcomes. Results are provided for a number of the herds tested.
  2. Sample sizes are smaller than total sample size as one individual from each PO pair was excluded from the test (see text for details).
