Effects of miR-3135b on cell cycle progression. (A) HCT-15 and (B) SW-480 cancer cells were transfected with miR-3135b and treated or not with 5-FU. After 48 h non treated control and miR-3135b treated cells were collected and the percentages of cells in the different cell cycle phases were quantified by flow cytometry. p values < 0.05 were considered to be statistically significant.
