Effect of new compounds 1–3 on the production of NO and TNF-α in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. (A) RAW264.7 cells were treated with new compounds 1–3 or 10 µg/mL LPS for 24 h, after which, cell viability was measured using an MTT assay. Cells were treated new compounds 1–3 for 1 h before incubation with LPS for 24 h. Culture supernatants were then isolated, and the amounts of (B) NO and (C) TNF-α production were determined. All the data were confirmed by three repeated tests. The results are presented as the mean ± SD. Values with different letters (a, b, c, d, e) are significantly different one from another (one-way ANOVA followed by Newman–Keuls multiple range test, p < 0.05).
