From: Stem cell factor produced by tumor cells expands myeloid-derived suppressor cells in mice
Representative MDSCs expanded by the conditional medium. Naïve spleen cells were cultured in (A) RPMI 1640 with 10% FCS and (B) conditional medium collected from Hepa1-6 cell culture. Gr-1+CD11b+ cells were increased beginning on day 5 and were very prevalent by day 7 when the cells were cultured in conditional medium.
