Individuals are represented by vertical bars and genotypic clusters are represented by different colours. Individuals collected each year were analysed separately and in both years the data most likely formed two genotypic clusters. Top panel: Analysis at K = 2 for 434 individuals collected from 31 locations in 2014. Bottom panel: Analysis at K = 2 for 399 individuals collected from 28 locations in 2015. Within years, bar plots show a high degree of genotypic admixture across individuals regardless of geographic location, as shown by sharing of blue-coloured bars, with a second genotypic cluster represented by red-coloured bars shared predominantly by several individuals at a single location.
