Capturing simulated admixture in function of \({\mathrm{F}}_{\mathrm{s}\mathrm{t}}\). X-axis represents the different levels of Fst investigated. The Y-axis represents the absolute correlation of the first component in PCA, MDS and Spectral-IBS with the simulated ancestry proportion. The higher the correlation the better a method is able to capture the underlying admixture.
