MIM-1 (top) and SAM-1 (bottom) have three disulfide bridges (shown with associated electron densities). Three disulfide bridges at equivalent positions are also present in AIM-1 and SMB-1, but fewer bridges are observed in other B3 MBLs such as BJP. The sigma values for F₀ – F_c are 2.4 for MIM-1 and 5 for SAM-1.
