Charecterization of iPSC-RGCs after MACS sorting using ICC. The iPSC-RGCs stained positively for RGC markers, BRN3A, TUJ1, MAP2, RBPMS. Postive staining with GFAP showed < 5% astrocytes like cells. No cells stained positive with CRALBP.
