Surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectra measured with two different substrates for C. neoformans of the same concentration. The positions of each main peak of C. neoformans and C. gattii were similar, but the Raman shifts at 655, 790, 906, 1,008, 1,204 and 1,332 cm−1 were significantly enhanced.
