The grouping of gels/blots cropped from different parts of the same gel. No high-contrast (overexposure) of blots was performed. (B–D) The densitometry analysis of western blot shows that the ferritin stimulation of macrophages, for both 120 and 240 min, does not change the protein expressions of IL-1β (B), IL-12 (C) and NLPR3 (D). Any single dot, in the figure, represents the median of triplicate experiments.
