Live/Dead assay of hDPSCs in gelatin-based and fibrin-based scaffolds. DPSCs were cultured with gelatin-based (D–F) and fibrin-based matrices (G–I) in three-dimensional conditions and without scaffolds in two-dimensional conditions as controls (A–C). Green fluorescence indicates cytoplasm of live cells, while red fluorescence indicates nuclei of dead cells. Scale bar: 200 μm.
