Relative gene expression of PLP and CNPase in MO3.13 cells after maturation protocol (Mat), compared to cells cultured in non-maturing media (CTL). These data were obtained by RT-qPCR and normalized to the expression of ACTB gene. Relative quantification value of each target gene was analyzed using a comparative CT method123. Statistical significance was determined by Student t-test, ***p < 0.001 compared to CTL group.
