Anti-TB treatment reduced the counts of IL-35-producing B cells in BCG-infected mice. To further confirm the effect of mycobacterial infection on IL-35-producing B cells, the influence of anti-TB therapy on BCG-infected mice was investigated with RIF and INH treatment (n = 10).
