From: HARDI-ZOOMit protocol improves specificity to microstructural changes in presymptomatic myelopathy
Group-averaged distributions of dMRI microstructural parameters from C3–C6 white matter. The confidence intervals (i.e. corresponding transparent colors) show Q1–Q3 quartiles. The intervals are narrow and distinct for most distributions, except \(f_1\) for non-interpolated HARDI-ZOOMit protocol with lower number of participants, and except \(f_1\) for non-interpolated DTI-RESOLVE protocol where precise \(f_1\) and \(f_2\) volume estimations might fail because of the protocol’s lower angular resolution. Trends in distributions are similar for both HARDI-ZOOMit protocols.
