HEK293 cells expressing GFP-tagged (A) WT ATP7B or (B) A595T ATP7B mutant (green) were treated for 3 h with either basal medium (top panels), 100 µM CuCl2 (middle panels), or first with 100 µM CuCl2 and then with 25 µM tetra-thiomolybdate (TTM) (lower panels).
