Activity of mature and immature DCs with or without the SOCS3 gene. BMDCs were generated from SOCS3+/+ or SOCS3−/− mice and incubated with or without LPS (the cells incubated with LPS were considered mature DCs). The cells were then pulsed with OVA for 2 h, and the supernatant was collected for ELISA analysis. Data are representative of 3 independent experiments with similar results. The columns and error bars represent the mean and SEM (*P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, ns: no significant difference).
