Competitive inhibition of [3H]DAMGO binding by compounds 1–9 to the human MOR. Membranes of CHO cells stably expressing the human MOR were incubated with [3H]DAMGO in the absence (control) or presence of compounds 1–9 (all 10 µM), or the reference MOR ligand morphine (10 µM). Values are means ± SEM (n = 3–4 independent experiments performed in duplicate).
