Magnitudes of fast oxygen rise |1| in the wells at the beginning of the acetaminophen exposure (A) and levels of recovery of oxygen concentration |2| in the wells when acetaminophen is withdrawn (B) as a function of acetaminophen concentration for HepG2 cells, HepG2-3A4 cells and primary mouse hepatocytes. While the increase of magnitudes of fast oxygen rise is for all cell types similar, the level of recovery of HepG2 cells is considerably higher than for the other two cell types.
