From: Neurotoxicity of HIV-1 Tat is attributed to its penetrating property
In vitro infectivity of Adeno-associated viruses. Vehicle control (EV), AAV-Exo-Tat (7.88 × 109 GC) or AAV-Tat (7.8 × 109 GC) was added into 1 × 106 MOLT-4 cells. Forty-eight hours post-infection, the cells were harvested for preparation of cell lysates (25 μl). Twenty μl lysate was used for western blot. GAPDH was used as a lysate loading control.
