Each experiment was performed in triplicate. The y axis represents the level of expression as normalized expression (ΔΔCt) in respect to the housekeeping rpoB and atpB genes. Panel (b) shows the fold induction of GABA in faeces of rats non-treated and treated for 5 days with B. adolescentis ATCC15703, B. adolescentis PRL2019 or B. adolescentis HD17T2H in respect to the GABA basal level in the corresponding T0.
