Monocular change in axial length (Ī”AL) after intervention with three treatment modalities. Though an increase in AL was observed in all treatment groups with time (P for trend = 0.001, < 0.001, < 0.001 for the Ortho-K, 0.01% atropine, and 0.05% atropine groups, respectively), Ortho-K group showed an obvious suppression of AL length growth compared to the other two methods (Between-group P-value < 0.001 at any time point).
