Immunodetection of EnaA-GFP and EnaB-GFP. Western-blot analyses showing patterns of EnaA and EnaB bands in total protein extracts of mycelia cultured in the absence (C) and presence of 1 M NaCl, 0.3 M LiCl or alkaline pH for (A) 1 h and (B) 5 h. GFP-tagged fusion were subjected to immunodetection using α-GFP primary antibody. The expected full-length chimeras are indicated with an arrow and the detected modified forms are indicated with a bracket. Actin was used as loading control.
