(A) and (B)The epithelial permeability of DMEM at 37 °C, IEC-6 cells at 37 °C, OGD-preconditioned IEC-6 cells at 37 °C, IEC-6 cells at 32 °C, and OGD-preconditioned IEC-6 cells at 32 °C was assayed by determining transepithelial electrical resistance (TEER).
