ΔTm values for the F21T_TERRA (0.4 μM) determined by FRET upon addition of 1.6 μM metallohelices in the presence of various concentrations of poly(A)·poly(U), CT-DNA and 26_ds. The buffer conditions were 10 mM potassium phosphate (pH 7) and 10 mM KCl. Data shown are expressed as the mean of three independent experiments; error bars indicate the standard error of the mean.
