Gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis of differentially abundant proteins in GWI animals. Biological processes and cellular components associated with downregulated (A,B) and upregulated (C,D) proteins. The name of the most significant term in each group is shown. GO enrichment analyses were performed using ClueGo app for Cytoscape (version 3.7.0). An enrichment/depletion (two-sided hypergeometric test) method with Benjamini–Hochberg correction was performed. A minimum and maximal GO level of 3 and 8 were used, respectively. Kappa Score was set to 0.4.
