Identification of gastric cancer-derived exosomes and CD8+ T cell. (A) Morphological characterization of exosome. The exosome vesicle structure was visible under an electron microscope with a diameter of 30–150 nm. (B) Western blot showed that the extracted material expressed exosome molecular markers Alix and TSG101. (C) Isolated CD8+ T cell subset was with CD3+CD8+CD4- phenotype, and the purity of CD8+ T cells was over 98%.
