Jasmonic acid and jasmonate-isoleucine conjugate levels in laminae and midribs of the three Arabidopsis lines non-infested by leafhoppers (no-Ev) or infested by healthy leafhoppers (H-Ev) or infested by CY-infected leafhoppers (CY-Ev), at the early (5 days after IAP, T1) and late (20 days after IAP, T2) stages of infection. The phytohormone levels are expressed as ng per g of tissue dry weight. Statistical analysis was performed using the Tukey HSD test as the post hoc test in a three-way ANOVA.
