Specific gene expression signatures in active and chronic renal lesions of IgAN. (A) Venn diagram depicts differentially expressed genes in active IgAN (n = 596), chronic IgAN (n = 183), and non-IgAN lesions (n = 471) compared to control kidneys. ANOVA using Student–Newman–Keuls (SNK) post-hoc test was applied. Benjamini–Hochberg false discovery rate (FDR) multiple testing correction using asymptotic p value computation (p value < 0.05) was done.
