A case with normal tension glaucoma (43-year-old female, left eye: Patient 6 in Tables 1 and 2). Trabeculectomy with MMC was performed 10 years earlier. (A) Bleb leakage from a large ischemic bleb. (B) A positive Seidel test. (C) After initial bleb plication. (D) We performed the bleb plication method twice. The leakage was sealed and the ischemic conjunctiva was much decreased (at 3 months after bleb plication). MMC: Mitomycin C.
