A heat map of differentially expressed genes involved in the ginsenoside biosynthesis among the eleven developmental tissues collected from the 1-year old, 2-year old and 3-year old plants of P. notoginseng. The heat map was drawn based on the mean TPM of the three biological repeats, of which high to low expression levels were indicated from yellow to blue in color; 11 boxes represent different tissues collected from the 1-year old, 2-year old and 3-year old plants of P. notoginseng.
