From: Multiplex enzyme activity imaging by MALDI-IMS of substrate library conversions
Enzyme conversion product maps at higher resolution. To demonstrate the potential of the method, four examples of enzyme conversion products are presented that were recorded at 50 µm resolution after 60 min of incubation. These maps reveal greater detail than the maps presented in Fig. 2 (100 µm resolution).
