The preserved autofluorescence (PAF) area is measured from better-seeing eye of patients 22 (A), 14 (B) and 10 (C) when they are 16 years, 27 years and 52 years of age, respectively. The PAF area in patient 10 is smaller than that in patients 22 and 14 (D).
