Uniform sized 3D HT29 spheroids were formed in the microfluidic device. (A) Transillumination microscopic image and (B) spheroid diameter measurements of HT29 cells in suspension that were seeded onto the PDMS flow chips and cultured under static conditions for 7 days forming uniform sized spheroids. Data shown represent means with standard deviation of 3 independent experiments (3 replicates per experiment). Images are representative of at least 3 independent experiments.
