Lactobacillus reuteri (LR) mixture mitigates oxidative stress via Nrf-2. TR146 cells were either untreated (control) or pretreated with LR at a MOI of 1:1 for 1 h prior to treatment with 50 μM H2O2 for 3 h. The expression of (A) SOD-1, (B) GPx-1 and (C) HO-1 in wild-type and Nrf-2 null cells were determined by qPCR.
